By creating an account or using PermitPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PermitPilot is an AI-powered tool that helps contractors and home builders generate building permit analysis and compliance checklists. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze jurisdiction-specific requirements.
PermitPilot is an assistive tool, not a replacement for professional advice. AI-generated permit analysis may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying all information with your local jurisdiction before submitting permits. We do not guarantee permit approval.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to:
You own the permit analysis and documents generated for your projects. We retain ownership of the PermitPilot platform, design, and technology.
PermitPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from permit rejections, inaccurate analysis, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
